I am Dries Vandevyvere.
Founder of Proj3ctS, strategic IT leader, interim executive, and business mentor.
With over two decades of experience across biotech, pharma, chemicals, transport, supply chain, and natural resources, I specialize in leading complex transformations, bridging business and technology, and delivering sustainable impact. My journey has taken me from global consulting at Accenture to executive roles in high-growth companies, and today, I bring that expertise to organizations navigating change, growth, or uncertainty.
At the heart of my work is a passion for clarity, structure, and results. I thrive on aligning people, processes, data, and technology to drive meaningful progress.
